What data we process and why

Gift voucher order — name, e-mail, phone number and an optional dedication. We need this data to process your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep it for as long as it takes to process the order and thereafter only for the period required by law.

Contact form — name, e-mail and the text of your message. We use this data solely to answer your enquiry (legitimate interest) and keep it for no longer than one year.

E-mail newsletter — we process your e-mail address only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time — just write to info@zrnkovhrnku.cz.

Who works with the data

The forms are technically operated by our hosting provider, Netlify. We do not pass your data on to anyone else and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
